- Profile information (name, city, date of birth, phone number)
- Security question answer
Trading Journal Data
- Trade entries (instrument, prices, dates, notes)
- Cycle information and strategy checklists
- Trade images/screenshots (up to 3 per trade)
- AI strategy analysis inputs and results
Usage Data
- Login timestamps
- Feature usage patterns

- Access Control: Role-based access (admin/student separation)

6. Data Sharing
We do NOT share your data with third parties.
Your trading data, personal information, and images remain private and are not sold, rented, or shared with any external entities.
Exceptions:
- Legal requirements (court orders, government requests)
- Protection of our rights or safety
7. Data Retention

9. AI Data Usage
When you use the AI Strategy Analyzer:
- Your input parameters are sent to OpenAI for analysis
- No personally identifiable information is shared
- Analysis results are stored in your account
- OpenAI does not retain your data beyond processing
