How do I register on Tradezai?
Registration requires a PIN code provided by your administrator. Go to the registration page, enter your PIN, email, and password to create your account.
What if I forgot my PIN?
Contact your administrator or support team. They can generate a new PIN for you.
Can I change my email address?
No, your email address is permanent and cannot be changed. Please register with the correct email.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No, each email address can only be registered once.
Profile & Security
Why is my profile completion required?
Complete profile information helps personalize your experience and enables features like birthday greetings. You must fill in all profile fields before accessing trading features.
What is the security question for?
The security question (favourite city) is used to verify your identity if you forget your password and need to reset it.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, answer your security question, and follow the reset link sent to your email.
Subscriptions & Billing
What subscription plans are available?
We offer four plans: Monthly (30 days), Quarterly (90 days), Half Yearly (7 months), and Yearly (14 months).
Can I get a refund?
No, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your account will be disabled, but your data is retained. You can reactivate by purchasing a new subscription PIN.
Trading Features
Can I add unlimited trades?
Yes, there's no limit on the number of trades you can record on Tradezai.
How many images can I add per trade?
You can add up to 3 images per trade (max 500KB each). Images are automatically optimized.
What does "multi-leg" trade mean?
Multi-leg trades are complex strategies with multiple entry/exit points. Single-leg trades are simple buy/sell positions.
Can I edit or delete trades?
Yes, you can edit any of your trades. Deleting trades is permanent and cannot be undone.
Analytics & AI Features
What is the AI Strategy Analyzer?
The AI Strategy Analyzer provides educational insights into your trading strategies based on your inputs. It's for learning purposes only, not actual trading recommendations.
How accurate are the analytics?
Analytics are calculated from your recorded trades and provide insights for your review. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.
Can I export my trading data?
You can contact support to request your data export. We typically provide data in standard formats.
Data & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion. Your data will be permanently removed within 1 month of your request.
Will my data be visible to admins?
Admins can view aggregate statistics but not your individual personal information. Your security is our priority.

No, Tradezai is not registered with SEBI or any regulatory body. We provide educational and journaling tools only, not investment advice.
