Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Model

Tradezai operates on a prepaid subscription model. Access to the platform is granted through subscription PINs with the following durations:

  • Monthly - 30 days access
  • Quarterly - 90 days access
  • Half Yearly - 7 months (210 days) access
  • Yearly - 14 months (421 days) access

2. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

Once a subscription PIN is purchased and/or activated:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
  • Unused subscription days cannot be refunded
  • Subscription cannot be transferred to another user
  • Subscription cannot be paused or extended

3. Cancellation

You may stop using Tradezai at any time. However:

  • There is no pro-rata refund for unused subscription period
  • Your access will remain active until the subscription expires
  • Your data will be retained until subscription expiry (unless you request deletion)

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases:

  • No refund will be provided
  • Access will be revoked immediately
  • User data may be deleted

5. Technical Issues

In case of extended service outages (more than 48 continuous hours) due to technical issues on our end, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Extend your subscription period
  • Provide credit towards future subscription

This is not an entitlement and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
